2. Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the order?

Yes, of course, we can send you a sample to check the quality first. And you can put you logo on the product. 

3. How about sample time and cost?

The cost can be discussed.

For our own available sample, we can send to you in 3-5 days.

If need make a new sample with your logo, size, color, material or other requirement, need 7-10 days sample time.

4. How about shipping?

It depends on you. Usually we ship samples, small quantity goods by express, big quantity goods by sea or by Air. 

5. Can you make customized items make our logo?

Yes, logo, size, color, material or other requirement, customized service is accepted. 

6. How about the mini order? small order?

For our own design, we can sell you in small order, but the unit price is different than our MOQ unit price.

For your customized products, too small quantity is hard for us to handle it.

7. Is there any new mould fee?

For our own design, no new mould fee.

For your customized products, logo, zipper, shape, size and others, need discuss.

8. where is the nearest Port?

We are located in Ningbo,  so usually our Port is Ningbo  or Shanghai
